- Providing information on the availability of various local services, shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, clinics, hospitals, schools, taxis, etc.
- Preparation and submission of the Annual Tax Declaration for non-residents: Anyone who is not a tax resident of Spain but owns property in the country should submit an annual tax declaration for non-residents.
- Phone consultations in Polish (half an hour).
Services CONCIERGE – DELUXE – includes service CONCIERGE BASIC plus:
- Assistance in choosing a company for filter replacement and air conditioning system cleaning.
- Help in selecting an interior design company.
- Support in finding a gardening company (design, project, and execution of gardens).
- Assistance in choosing a pool cleaning company.
- Help in selecting a furniture assembly company.
- Support in finding a renovation company.
- Assistance in obtaining a renovation permit from the City Hall.
- Help in obtaining an electronic signature.
- Email consultation in Polish – a maximum of 10 questions.
Property Management for Tourist and Short-Term Rentals – DELUXE:
- Assistance in selecting a company specializing in managing tourist rentals and short-term leases.
- Posting listings on booking.com and Airbnb.com.
- Cleaning and key handover.
- The cleaning fee is determined individually, based on the size of the property.

- Pomoc w uzyskaniu licencji turystycznej (zawsze należy spawdzić możliwość jej uzyskania przed zakupem nieruchomości inwestycyjnej):
– przygotowanie nięzbednej dokumentacji,
– złożenie dokumentacji w Urzędzie Miasta,
– rejestracja mieszkania turystycznego w Komisariacie Policji,
– zlecenie wykonania i montaż autoryzowanej tabliczki, naklejki dla mieszkania turystycznego. - Assistance in obtaining a tourist license (always check the possibility of obtaining it before purchasing an investment property):
– Preparation of necessary documentation.
